Before submitting your application, it is strongly recommended that you verify the property you desire is currently available (or has a unit meeting your needs, e.g. # of bedrooms, and amenities) by calling Maplewood Eco Cottages at (715) 619-1064.
Upon completion of your application, you will be required to pay an application fee using a credit card. We take MasterCard, Visa, Discover, or American Express credit cards. If payment information is not submitted, the application will not be processed.
All application fees are non-refundable regardless of the leasing decision once payment is submitted.
Please choose whether you are applying for yourself only or jointly with a spouse or co-applicant and click the "continue" button below to proceed. The joint applicant must be present during this application session to sign a consent agreement and a single credit card transaction will be used to pay for both applications. A joint applicant should apply separately if not present or will be paying for their own application.
