Before submitting your application, it is strongly recommended that you verify the property you desire is currently available (or has a unit meeting your needs, e.g. # of bedrooms, and amenities) by calling LaVerne Apartments at (515) 233-3100.
Upon completion of your application, you will be required to pay an application fee using a credit card. We take MasterCard, Visa, Discover, or American Express credit cards. If payment information is not submitted, the application will not be processed.
All application fees are non-refundable regardless of the leasing decision once payment is submitted.
Important notes about application pricing In addition to the prices listed below, you may be required to pay an additional amount if you have resided outside the state of IA within the past 10 years. This additional fee (if necessary) will be calculated automatically and displayed at the time credit card details are requested. This fee is $10.00 per applicant. Failure to disclose non-IA addresses and pay the additional fee will result in delay or rejection of your application.
Please choose whether you are applying for yourself only or jointly with a spouse or co-applicant and click the "continue" button below to proceed. The joint applicant must be present during this application session to sign a consent agreement and a single credit card transaction will be used to pay for both applications. A joint applicant should apply separately if not present or will be paying for their own application.
