Before submitting your application, it is strongly recommended that you verify the property you desire is currently available (or has a unit meeting your needs, e.g. # of bedrooms, and amenities) by calling Conifer Ridge at 651-770-1890.
During the application process, you will be prompted to provide image uploads of 2 forms of ID, and one must include a photo, as well as a current pay stub. Acceptable photo ID is typically your current Driver's License or State ID card. Also, if you have any pet(s), you will be prompted to upload an image of them. Please have these items ready to go before proceeding with the application process. If you do not upload your paystubs and ID's here, you will be required to scan or fax them to the management company directly.
Important Note: If you are approved and turn in a security deposit, this deposit will be forfeited if you do not move in as agreed. Also, Conifer Ridge is a smoke-free community. Tenants must carry a minimum of $100k in liability insurance for the duration of their residency.
