Before submitting your application, it is strongly recommended that you verify the property you desire is currently available (or has a unit meeting your needs, e.g. # of bedrooms, and amenities) by calling Home Rental Systems at 612-701-4375.
Upon completion of your application, you will be required to pay an application fee using a credit card. We take MasterCard, Visa, Discover, or American Express credit cards. If payment information is not submitted, the application will not be processed.
All application fees are non-refundable regardless of the leasing decision once payment is submitted.
Please choose whether you are applying for yourself only or jointly with a spouse and click the "continue" button below to proceed. Non-spouse co-applicants should separately complete an Unmarried Application for the same property.
