The SuperSearch shows you whether or not your applicant has any criminal records on file with a multi-state database that collects records from various courts across the country.

This product alerts you to whether or not your applicant is a registered sex offender. This search includes sex offender data from all 50 states as well as the District of Columbia.

RentBureau™ provides you with an applicant's rental payment histories from all of its participating apartment management companies. It also alerts you to any collection accounts an applicant may have with previous landlords.

This product will return all aliases used by a person, a 10 year address history and all Social Security Numbers associated with the applicants credit file. This product also provides year of issuance, state of issuance and number of times applicant has used the SSN to obtain credit.

A court eviction search helps you determine whether an applicant has been taken to court by a landlord. It includes cases filed for non-payment of rent, illegal drug use, and other lease violations.

This product allows you to gauge the financial risk you will be assuming if you enter into a lease with your applicant. This product gives you a general idea of an applicant's financial history based upon the applicant's FICO score with a Letter Grade showing you a range of where your applicant's credit score falls. The FICO score is the nationwide standard in credit risk assessment and is used by mortgage lenders, auto lenders and major financial institutions across the country.

This product alerts you to whether or not your applicant is listed on the US government's database of known / suspected terrorists and drug traffickers. It is illegal for any person or company in the United States to do business with anyone on this list – including entering into a rental agreement.

This criminal product will search state and/or county criminal records based on your applicant’s residence history.

This product provides you with references submitted by other properties in our exit referral database.

Rental History Reports will contact your applicant's current landlord to verify rental history. We will obtain information including residency dates, payment history and lease violations. This product provides you with personalized feedback about the applicant's prior rental history which is a great indicator of how the applicant will behave in the future.

This product informs you as to whether or not your applicant has any criminal records at the federal level. Common examples of federal crimes include the manufacturing of methamphetamines and illegal weapons trafficking. This product differs from the Statewide or County Level Criminal Record Search because there is no overlap between local and federal record repositories – meaning that for the most comprehensive search possible, both local and federal repositories should be checked.

This product will alert you if there is reason to suspect that your applicant may be associated with identity theft or fraudulent activity.

This product checks your applicant against lists of various most wanted lists (FBI, DEA, Homeland Security, etc.).
